We plan to be there when it matters most for families, to help them prepare for cough, cold, and flu season and beyond. That’s why we’ve been working year-round to help ensure widespread product availability with stocked product shelves across the country.

Here are some actions we are taking to meet families’ needs:

Ramped up production:

Children’s TYLENOL® and Children’s MOTRIN® will have uninterrupted product production 24/7 at our U.S. manufacturing site—that’s been ongoing since April 2022.

More Supply

Thanks to our diligent manufacturing teams who have been working around the clock at our U.S. based production site, we will have +25% more Children’s TYLENOL® and Children’s MOTRIN® available this 2023 season.1

Innovative tools to help us accurately forecast our supply:

Our new consumer demand sensing team will continuously track internal and external data sources to predict and respond to seasonal illness trends across the country.

Increased Access:

What’s more, several U.S. retailers are using our data to understand community-level needs for pediatric cough, cold, flu products this year, enabling them to ship products across the U.S. to regions that need products the most.

Making an impact

Nearly 70% of U.S. families report feeling prepared for cough, cold, and flu season by having medicine cabinets that include essential pediatric fever-reducing medications.2

"Prevention and preparedness are essential to tackling the cold and flu season. The right products in your medicine cabinet and a trusty health care provider to guide you before feeling under the weather makes a difference. Let’s do our part to minimize the spread of germs to others, keep our immune system strong, and lead a better quality of life by staying up to date on the most recent health recommendations and preventions."
