We're here to answer your questions, to listen to your suggestions, and resolve any complaints you may have. About Our Team
We collectively have 160 years of experience in our Consumer Care Center. Together we have 125 years of higher education.

Before McNeil, we worked at other major corporations, hospitals, consulting firms, banks and insurance companies. We worked in hospital Emergency Rooms, home health agencies, local newspapers and school districts. We taught fifth graders and nursed people back to health.

We are pharmacists, teachers, nurses, editors, advertisers, store managers, computer trainers, financial planners, tax accountants, property managers, credit analysts, housing advocates, administrators, insurance agents, customer service reps. One of us is a plumber.

We are mothers, sisters, husbands, daughters, sons, grandchildren. We are listeners, coaches, and friends.

We are the link between our company and our consumers. We talk to thousands of our consumers every day. We are all dedicated to building a relationship with each consumer who gets in touch with us.
